As the Email Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our email marketing efforts across our accounting and finance business unit. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive email strategies aimed at enhancing engagement, driving revenue, and maintaining a strong email reputation across all brands within our portfolio.
The salary range for the Email Marketing Manager position is competitive and will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience. The pay will start at $72,000 annually, with potential for an annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance. The final offer will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, education, relevant work experience, and location. The total compensation package will be discussed in the interview process and based on fit for the role and the organization.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing Execution: Take charge of daily email execution, including copywriting, creative design, and list-building. This involves promoting courses, sales initiatives, targeted offers, nurture content, and managing weekly calendars. Develop segment-based strategies and campaigns to boost revenue in specific areas such as customer retention and “winback.”
- Email Automation Management: Oversee all email workflows and automations, ensuring workflows are accurately set up using best practices. Continuous monitoring of workflow performance and implementing improvements when needed.
- Data Management: Own the synchronization of leads/contacts data and lists between Hubspot and CRM systems, ensuring seamless integration and maintaining accurate targeting capabilities. Performing regular list hygiene. Monitor and track performance metrics by customer segment.
- Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and content, to develop email campaigns that support overall business goals.
- Analytics: Attend team meetings and monthly campaign performance agency meetings to review and share email performance within the analytics dashboard. Use data and analytics to measure and report on the performance of email campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Reputation Management: Regularly assess domain reputation and IP health to uphold clean and successful email programs across all accounting and finance brands, ensuring high deliverability rates and inbox placement.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven track record of managing email campaigns from conception to execution, with strong skills in copywriting, creative design, and list segmentation.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics), and ESPs (e.g., Brevo).
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in interpreting data to optimize campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Jira Work Management or related software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience required.
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing roles, with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and improving deliverability rates required.
- HubSpot certification preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
