What you’ll be doing:

As an Account Manager, you will manage 6-8 brands’ email and SMS marketing accounts. This includes project management, managing client relations, overseeing the client success team, and developing quarterly and monthly campaign strategies, flow/automation strategies, list growth strategies and retention strategies. Your main goal is client success and happiness our secret to client retention.

During this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with the director of lifecycle, the marketing and the creative teams, and The Greenhouse partners on some fun retention and creative projects.

Requirements:

  • USA Based
  • Experience with Klaviyo and other ESPs
  • Experience with Attentive or other mobile platforms
  • Experience fully managing an email and SMS program
  • Experience working with 6-8 figure e-commerce brands
  • Knowledge of DTC customer lifecycle and retention tech programs
  • Must have an eagle eye for creativity and details
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce marketing and tactics
