Email Marketing Manager

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for an Email Marketing Manager in Poland. We need a true, experienced, accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and execute email marketing strategies to enhance engagement, promote products and drive website traffic
Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns to ensure they are visually appealing, persuasive and on-brand
Ensure mobile-friendly email templates and optimise in-box settings
Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalisation and advanced features
Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements, report on the email marketing campaigns
Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
Segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)
Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimise unsubscribes

Requirements:

2+ years of proven experience working as an Email Marketing Specialist or Email Marketing Manager
Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems
General knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
Familiarity with analytical and database tools
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
Project management skills
Experience with email automation tools (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot, Customer.io etc.)
Strong understanding of database management, segmentation, and email deliverability
A knack for problem-solving and critical thinking
English level B2+
Higher education (Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field).

Nice to have:

Experience in marketing IT products and experience working with B2B audiences
Russian language
