Email Marketing Coordinator

School for International Training (SIT) is seeking a skilled Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a

deep understanding of email marketing strategies, coupled with proficiency in Salesforce and experience in orchestrating

email journeys. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and analytical skills to develop engaging email

campaigns that drive conversions and foster customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Email Campaign Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop email marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Execute end-to-end email campaigns, including campaign planning, content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and deployment.
  • Monitor and optimize email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Salesforce Integration:

  • Utilize Salesforce CRM platform to manage customer data, segment audiences, and personalize email communications.
  • Implement email automation workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms to streamline campaign execution.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations by adhering to best practices for data management within Salesforce.

Email Journey Development:

Recommendations For Continuous Improvement. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Design and execute automated email journeys based on customer behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
    • Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize email content, subject lines, and send times for maximum engagement and conversion.
    • Continuously analyze and refine email journeys to improve performance and deliver personalized experiences.

Reporting and Analysis:

      • Generate regular reports on email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
      • Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends to inform email marketing strategies.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage data-driven insights for strategic decision making and campaign refinement.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR, by implementing best practices for permission-based marketing.
  • Stay informed about industry standards and best practices for email marketing, making
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3-4 years) in email marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and experience with email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in creating compelling email content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
  • Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent is
  • Email marketing in the higher- ed industry 1-2 years
