Why This Role:
Cohere is searching for a Website Marketing Manager to play a crucial role in optimizing our website and enhancing our online presence. This is a Contract role.
In this role, you will collaborate with various teams, including Design, Development, and Content, to ensure our website effectively represents our brand and engages our audience. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is ready to move fast, and scale with impact at Cohere. In this Contract role you will be:
Managing website content, including publishing, auditing, and optimizing.
Analyzing, testing, and evaluating website performance and user experience.
Collaborate with web development and design teams to ensure the website aligns with our brand identity and values.
Work with the marketing team to ensure active promotions and campaigns are represented on the website.
Monitor and improve SEO results through collaboration with web design, development, content teams, and agencies.
Stay up-to-date with online marketing trends and best practices. Have an in-depth understanding of our market, our competition, and peer developer-centric companies – always have an informed point of view on opportunities to improve.
Run user research, identify data-driven improvement hypotheses, and launch AB testing experiments and big-bet initiatives at large scale to improve site conversion. This opportunity may be a good match for you if you have:
5+ years of experience managing a B2B or B2B2C website from a digital acquisition and customer journey perspective.
5+ years of experience working with global SEO, and a demonstrable understanding of localization SEO best practices.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and an understanding of how to use this and present this data to marketing and web engineering teams.
Expert level understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and FullStory.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Solid understanding of how to grow metrics and practice running experiments.
Bachelor degree in a scientific field with a strong quant component (math, stats) or marketing.
A scrappy, startup mentality to move fast, iterate quickly, and drive initiatives.
Attention to detail, strong grammar skills, and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
