Digital Marketing Manager
We are seeking an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic team at a cutting-edge search agency. In this fully remote role, you will spearhead our digital marketing efforts, driving strategic campaigns and delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Leverage advanced retargeting strategies on platforms like Facebook and Google Search to maximise reach and engagement.
- Create and manage targeted audiences, set up ads, and optimise campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.
Content Strategy and Creation:
- Craft a compelling content strategy that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for our website, blog, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure consistent messaging and high-quality content across all channels.
SEO, Analytics, and Reporting:
- Optimise website content for search engines, improving visibility and organic traffic.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Provide data-driven insights, reports, and recommendations to enhance marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement. Lead Generation and Market Intelligence
- Help develop and implement effective lead generation strategies through digital channels.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and refine our approach.
Website Management and Optimisation:
- Oversee the management and optimisation of the company’s WordPress website, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Implement website updates, enhancements, and best practices to improve performance and conversions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing management, with a deep understanding of campaign management, SEO, and content strategy.
- Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised, committed, results-driven, and analytical mindset.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in using various marketing software and analytics tools.
- Displays innovative, out-of-the-box thinking and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Energetic, customer-focused, and demonstrates a strong work ethic and leadership qualities.
- Experience in TikTok OR wanting to expand into TikTok search, ads and this platform overall.
