WORK ENVIRONMENT:

We are a remote first company with the exception of a few positions being onsite in our designated locations. The positions which are remote you will need to be able to travel a few times a year. You may be required at times to visit client sites or attend meetings at designated locations with your team members.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Manager’s responsibilities include overseeing and activating various digital marketing campaigns, primarily across email and website. In this role, the individual will be responsible for email marketing campaigns across our portfolio of clients and will analyze performance to optimize engagement and conversions.

The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with our marketing strategy, creative, and acquisition teams and will play an integral role in ensuring our clients’ websites are highly optimized and performing. This may include website content updates, performance updates, and search engine optimization. They will be involved in many aspects of digital marketing, including technical campaign setup, management of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other digital analytics, and tracking to ensure effective campaign reporting and setup. This individual must be cross-disciplined and passionate about digital marketing channels, with an emphasis on email marketing, marketing technology and website performance.

OBJECTIVES OF ROLE:

  • Increase website conversion rates and key performance indicators
  • Increase funding rates for new account holders
  • Increase deposit and loan volumes of account holders
  • Increase product utilization of account holders
  • Nurture, engage and educate account holders to increase retention rates

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build, manage, and oversee email marketing campaigns across multiple brands, including ad-hoc email communications, marketing automation, and lead generation and nurture campaigns
  • Analyze website performance and provide enhancement recommendations, working closely with design, copywriting, and development teams for required performance updates
  • Consistently evaluate website SEO performance and provide and execute recommendations to ensure optimal website performance
  • Provides tactical support for website maintenance and content updates as needed
  • Implement campaign set-up in conjunction with execution partners and cross-functional team, including Google Tag manager, UTM tracking, website tagging, and Google Analytics
  • Works closely with marketing leadership on establishing client reporting dashboards in Looker Studio, and web analytics for reporting purposes
  • Work with all partners to analyze and report on email and website performance with the ability to identify trends and performance optimizations
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and proactively collaborate, create, coordinate, and activate across clients to ensure marketing success

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Passionate about the financial industry, marketing, innovation, and technology
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years hands-on experience with finance, e-commerce, and digital marketing
  • Experience in coordinating and executing email marketing campaigns and acquiring customers across various digital channels
  • Understanding of the digital environment and platforms used to measure and track performance
  • Expertise in various digital, email, and web analytics and tools, with an emphasis on Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GA Certified preferred)
  • Experience in various email marketing systems, marketing automation tools, and lead-generation software
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Strong relationship builder both within the organization and with external partners
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once and demonstrate agility and flexibility in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Can work independently and is a self-starter and highly motivated individual
  • Driven by results and client success

SALARY & BENEFITS:

  • $85,000 – $110,000 Annual Salary
  • Annual Cash Bonus and Equity Options commensurate with the role level and experience
