Overview:

Protos Security is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join its dynamic team. This role is responsible for managing digital marketing initiatives aimed at driving qualified leads to our sales team and increasing brand awareness. The candidate will manage lead generation campaigns through paid search, display, and social media advertising, and analyze data from our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Google Marketing Suite. This role will also maintain SEO best practices and other SEM-related initiatives. Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, SEMRush, ZoomInfo, and email marketing is a plus.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns via search engine and social media advertising.
  • Maintain SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and search rankings.
  • Build and manage dashboards to report on campaign KPIs, website analytics, lead source tracking, lead-to-sale funnel progress, and ROI/ROAS.
  • Oversee the management of campaigns and SEO for multiple brands and websites, ensuring consistent and effective digital marketing practices.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Pardot, and HubSpot for lead management and marketing automation to streamline processes and measure lead quality.
  • Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep Protos at the forefront of innovation.
  • Present findings and recommendations to various teams, including executive leadership, to drive strategic decision-making.

Knowledge And Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Proficiency in other digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing) and paid social media advertising.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, particularly within B2B contexts targeting large corporations like Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Strong data analytics skills, with experience in BI tools such as Tableau or Sigma being a plus.
  • Familiarity with lead qualification process flows and lead scoring.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and their application to enhance website performance.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and HubSpot for lead management and marketing automation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights effectively.
  • Ability to manage digital marketing initiatives for multiple brands and websites, preferably with experience in a marketing agency.
  • Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in digital marketing.

his is a full-time remote position with core hours of 8:30am – 5pm M-F Eastern. Travel is expected to be less than 10% for team meetings.
