EyeCarePro is seeking a highly experienced Cyber Security Manager to lead our cybersecurity initiatives. This crucial role will safeguard our systems and data while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • Lead risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate security threats.
  • Design and implement risk management processes (risk intake, reviews, registers).
  • Oversee the development and execution of security strategies to protect digital assets.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance security operations.
  • Collaborate with departments to integrate security measures across the business.
  • Contribute to security awareness training for employees.
  • Participate in tabletop exercises and simulations to improve incident response.
  • Stay updated on security technologies and threats, recommending proactive improvements.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of cybersecurity experience, focusing on risk management, compliance, and audits.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and regulations (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
  • Experience completing audits (SOC, EHNAC).
  • Proficiency with security technologies (firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
