Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR). The ideal role for someone who loves interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment.

Position: Remote Customer Service Representative

Working Hours: Minimum of 18 hours required weekly.

Salary: $21.45/Hours

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage large amount of incoming phone calls.

• Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.

• Build relationships and trust with customer accounts

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.

• Ability to follow up to ensure problem resolution.

• Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or online chat to provide support and information on products or services.

• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.

• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills including active listening.

• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product/services codes and terminology.

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
