Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative in a company within our network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers. Qualifications:

- English C1/C2
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in relevant computer software and tools
- Experience in call center environment is a plus.
