Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer service expert to engage with our customers across phone and digital channels. You’ll report directly to the Customer Experience Team Leader and will be the first point of call for our clients, new and existing.

A successful candidate will have had experience in a customer service role previously, ideally in the pet care, retail or in a call centre. You will be passionate about customer satisfaction and motivated to covert clients into long-term brand advocates.

What are the responsibilities of the role?

• Triaging inbound calls
• Answering customer enquiries about our services through phone or email
• Conducting outbound calls to potential leads or lapsed customers
• Building rapport with new and existing clients

What are the minimum requirements?

• Must have experience in customer service
• Strong conversation and communication skills
• Self-motivated and driven to meet targets
• Competent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
• Professional telephone manner
• Experience with Dialpad highly regarded
