Cold Email Campaigns Specialist

Our client is a leading business financing company, offering tailored financial solutions to businesses of all sizes. They are currently seeking an experienced Email Outbound Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of cold email marketing strategies and a proven track record in the business financing industry.
Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home) – 9 AM – 5 PM PST
Key Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Management: Manage and execute large-scale cold email campaigns, ensuring that all emails are delivered effectively and on schedule.
Keyword Optimization: Implement keyword strategies to optimize email content and subject lines for better engagement and open rates.
Industry-Specific Targeting: Apply in-depth knowledge of the business financing industry to gather insights on the target audience and tailor campaigns accordingly.
Performance Analysis: Analyze email campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Content Creation: Craft compelling email content that resonates with the target audience and drives conversions.
List Management: Maintain and segment email lists to ensure precise targeting and effective communication.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns, such as subject lines, content, and send times, to optimize performance.
Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns comply with industry regulations and best practices to maintain a high sender reputation.

High Engagement Rates: Achieve high open and click-through rates through effective email campaign strategies and optimization.
Conversion Growth: Drive significant growth in conversions and lead generation through targeted email marketing efforts.
Insightful Reporting: Provide detailed and actionable reports that offer valuable insights into campaign performance and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience managing large-scale cold email campaigns in the business financing industry.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using Constant Contact and other email marketing platforms/tools
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and optimize strategies based on insights.
Keyword Strategy & Domain Warming: Experience with keyword optimization for email content and warming up email domains.
Communication Skills: Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
