What You’ll Do:

As a Chief of Staff at Pattern Data, you will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to ensure the efficient operation of the company. You will be a key player in implementing strategic initiatives to drive business development and improve operational processes. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and exceptional communication skills. You will:

  • Assist the CEO and leadership team in developing and implementing the company’s strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritize sales development opportunities and process
  • Track progress on company priorities, key projects and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Facilitate regular strategy meetings and follow up on action items
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline business processes and improve efficiency
  • Drive special projects and initiatives that support business objectives
  • Manage the company’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the leadership team
  • Prepare materials for board meetings and other high-stakes presentations
  • Coordinate priorities, communication and decision-making across departments
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Represent the company at external events and industry conferences, as needed

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience in a similar role, fast-paced startup environment is a plus
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving
