Chief of Staff
The 5Rights Foundation is looking for a strategic management and fundraising professional to help lead our small and high impact global team in fighting for a digital world that supports children and young people to flourish.
At 5Rights, we work with policy-makers, regulators, technologists, and NGOs all over the world to advocate for one simple principle: the enormous potential of digital technology will only be realised when it is designed with children and young people in mind.

The Chief of Staff is a new position that supports the Executive Director with the management of our dynamic advocacy, compliance, comms and youth engagement teams; ensures quality control; and leads an ambitious fundraising operation.
If you’re passionate about taking on one of the most critical and challenging issues of our time; if you’re committed to doing what it takes to deliver meaningful change for children; and if you have exceptional strategic, people and marketing skills, we’d love to hear from you.
Experience in organisational management, strategic coordination and fundraising is required, preferably with a tech regulation, child or human rights lens.

We continue to drive real-life change thanks to an outstanding track-record of delivering legislation (e.g. Californian Age Appropriate Design Code), policy and regulatory frameworks (e.g. UNCRC General comment No. 25), and industry standards (e.g. IEEE 2089).
