Responsibilities Of This Role Include But Not Limited To:

If you are someone who cares about uncompromising quality and continuous innovation along with exceptional client service, we are looking for you to join our amazing team. This position supports the business through customer service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Handling incoming homeowner calls, emails, and online submissions.
• Interacting with internal/external clients
• Processing Manager requests/supporting team members.
• Use of problem-solving techniques and analytical skills
• Welcome staff, vendors and clients and maintain inviting environment of the RowCal Market place.
• Open / scan and distribute all incoming mail.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications And Education Requirements:

• 2+ years customer service required.
• HOA Experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Must have attention to detail skills and excellent written communication skills.
• Able to handle multiple priorities and prioritize effectively.
• Flexible and skilled at working in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled at functioning independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
