Call Center Representative

We’re continuously looking for detail-oriented and thoughtful people in Indonesia to join our team. You’ll be tasked with answering customer questions through phone calls and email and need to be able to think on your feet, communicate clearly and effectively, and empathize with customers who are struggling to solve a problem.

To achieve this, our operation includes agents and managers working around the globe. Our head office is in Australia, and we currently have more than 1000+ people around the world

Tasks:

• Efficiently process incoming customer contacts through text, phone, and email.
• Diagnose and solve the customer’s problems.
• Communicate effectively via call, email, and chat with our customer.
• Strives for the one contact resolution goal and eliminates the need for follow-up.
• Go above and beyond to engage with customers.
• Coordinate effectively with peers and your manager.
• Contribute to a high-performance and friendly workplace culture.

What we’re looking for:

• 2 years of experience in the customer service industry is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in night shift (2 AM – 11 AM WIB) every 2 months.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
• Continuous learner.
• Good knowledge of G-suites (Google Docs, Gmail, Google meets, Calendar, and so on.
• Have your own device with a minimum of Intel Core-i5 processor or equivalent.
