Marketing Digital Project Manager
As Parexel’s Digital Project Manager you will report into the Executive Director Marketing Strategy and collaborate closely with Parexel’s Corporate Marketing Team and Digital Agency-of-Record. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing projects and strategies to enhance our online presence. This position requires a highly organized individual who can balance a combination of collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams and strong project management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Accountabilities:
- Execute digital marketing initiatives across digital channels, including web properties and events.
- Create efficient long- and short-term plans for digital project implementation that support company priorities.
- Manage the development of video messaging and on-site digital and touch screen experiences for events including tradeshows and customer receptions.
- Partner with external vendors and internal team members on branding for events.
- Maintain partnerships with marketing vendors to ensure alignment on current digital projects.
- Serve as a point of contact between digital vendors and other web property managers to coordinate web updates across properties as needed.
- Assist with educating and training internal team members on digital platforms and processes.
- Perform QA/testing of new and existing webpages and digital experiences to ensure proper interactivity, functionality, accessibility, data capture, etc.
- Execute regular content updates to digital platforms as needed including the company website and YouTube.
- Assist in vulnerability remediation and other technical upkeep for the company website including certificate renewals, server management, etc.
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing paid search & SEO campaigns, keywords, and overall performance.
- Perform competitive digital audits and reviews to make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up to date on the latest web trends & digital marketing best practices and provide recommendations as needed.
- Consult on digital experience/video projects across the organization to provide visual guidance based on the Parexel brand guidelines and inform of best practices.
- Maintain ownership of various digital processes and process documentation as needed.
- Create marketing graphics, videos and interactive content as needed.
Skills:
- Familiarity with popular open-source website content management systems (CMSs) preferred.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software (ex: Adobe suite) preferred.
- Experience with web design and user interface design (ex: Figma, Adobe XD)
- Familiarity with using brand-related social media accounts to create an engaging user experience.
- Proficient use of HTML and CSS
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to take direction from multiple requestors and coordinate simultaneous projects to align with required deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload.
- Ability to review data and provide insights and recommendations for improved future performance.
- Ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to influence peers to produce desired results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Initiative-taker who produces ways to continuously improve things and become more efficient and effective.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working in Marketing, preferably with a focus on digital and sophisticated design-related activities
- Experience with Microsoft suite of products, digital marketing tools, website CMSs, and digital analytics platforms preferred.
- Experience with Adobe creative suite preferred!
- Experience in CRO/Pharma/Life Sciences/Healthcare industries preferred.
- Problem-solving, organizational and project management skills are critical.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, visualization, business, or related field preferred
