Graphic Designer III

The designer will report to the senior designer and will be part of the in-house hybrid (internal / external) agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation of a variety of design solutions and will support the lead designer on larger projects. The scope of this position will include both offline and online executions.

A Day in the life

  • Intake requests and design briefs, understand requirements.
  • Layout content and build visual elements (logos, original images, illustrations) to deliver message(s)
  • Collaborate with senior designer to develop concepts and designs for print and digital media, including brochures, websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, and more.
  • Ensure design and brand standards are always adhered to.
  • Select and/or create imagery, video, and other design elements that drive positive engagement with our audience.
  • Assist in the creation of designs that are visually appealing and effective in communicating information to our clients’ target audience.
  • Modify and revise existing designs, page layouts text corrections and photo editing to meet client needs or to improve the design quality.
  • Research and stay up to date on design trends and best practises to ensure that our designs are innovative and effective.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Organize creative assets in a logical and organized digital repository.
  • Display strong time management and organizational skills to complete pieces of work within project timelines and budget.
  • Strong photographic and videography skills are essential.

Keys to Success:

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred, in Graphic/Visual Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience designing for various channels and formats including digital, events booth display and advertising, PPT and sales enablement.
  • Experience working with Workfront or similar project management tool.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite products (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop are required).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

  • Demonstrates ability to plan and complete designs that adhere to brand guidelines and style guide(s).

Compensation And Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $83,300.00–$125,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
