Title: Senior Web3 Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and help build the infrastructure and roadmap for our Web3 products. This role will be focused on planning, strategizing, and executing the build-out of core Web3 components including wallets, tokenization systems, NFT platforms, and decentralized protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the product and company’s vision and develop efficient product strategies and implementation plans
• Work closely with clients to understand needs and guide the complete development of the project
• Delegate duties to team members based on individual skills and strengths
• Allocate resources, formulate budgets, create project plans, schedules, and roadmaps
• Adjust schedule as needed and ensure development stays aligned with plan and requirements
• Collaborate with design team to build prototypes and gather feedback from all stakeholders
• Prepare proper documents and oversee timely deployment of the project
• Come up with creative ideas to take the product to the next level
• Lead planning processes to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for Web3 infrastructure
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and gaps
• Define requirements and specifications for new Web3 infrastructure products and features
• Work closely with engineering teams to develop scalable and secure infrastructure architecture and integrations
• Drive execution and delivery of Web3 infrastructure products and platforms
• Continuously improve infrastructure through gathering user feedback, monitoring performance, and iterating
• Stay up-to-date on latest developments in blockchain, crypto, and Web3 technologies
• Work closely with engineering teams to develop scalable and secure infrastructure architecture and integrations

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a senior product manager leading complex technical products
• Deep understanding of Web3 technologies including blockchain, smart contracts, tokens, wallets, etc.
• Experience with cryptocurrencies, NFTs, DeFi, and familiarity with crypto/Web3 communities
• Ability to think strategically about product vision while managing technical details
• Strong technical background with ability to collaborate with engineering teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in fast-paced environments
• Passion for Web3 and decentralization
