The Role:

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Managing and administering all real estate matters on behalf of the Company in order to provide employees with workspaces that foster a strong culture while optimising costs.
  • All aspects of lease management including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals as well as terminations.
  • Establishing strong best practies and SOPs and overseeing all aspects of facilities management.
  • Sourcing and managing outsourced service providers to ensure maintenance is carried out in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Ensuring all facilities meet health and safety standards and comply with regulations.
  • Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Escalating customer feedback as required.

Ideal Profile:

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Corporate Real Estate / Facilities Management or Customer Service role, ideally within the Other Services and Real Estate industry.
  • You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
