Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with experience managing Information/Cybersecurity projects on a global scale. Your responsibilities will include defining the scope of the projects, creating and managing the project plan, identifying key stakeholders, producing proper documentation, and ensuring all work is compliant with the relevant standards and projects are completed within the deadline. You will demonstrate skills in forming teams from local and remote sources, both within the region and in the wider global group, and ensuring close communication and teamwork to contribute to project success.
You will report to the Senior Manager within the Global Security Office.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
Lead simultaneous global projects related to information security and technology
Lead multi-year programs from concept through execution
Define project scopes, create project plans, identify key stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant standards
Produce comprehensive documentation and track project progress
Form teams from local and remote sources, and foster close communication and teamwork within the region and across the wider global group
Collaborate with solutions architects, service engineering teams, and customers to define scope, work streams, timing, milestones, and communication plans
Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of products and platforms
Present project updates and strategic insights to executives
Build time estimates, develop project schedules, and address scheduling problems
Maintain, publish, and distribute comprehensive project plans
Identify, mitigate, and recommend alternatives for handling risks and issues
Monitor project progress against objectives (timeframes, scope, quality, costs, and risks)
Qualifications
Your background:
8+ years’ experience in project management, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management experience
5+ years’ experience as a Technical Program Manager or equivalent experience
3+ years’ experience in software development-related roles
5+ years’ experience in cloud environments in Information Security, IT Audit, or IT Risk management
Experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a cybersecurity or technology-focused environment
Proficiency in IGA (Identity Governance and Administration), PAM (Privileged Access Management), and Cloud IAM (Identity and Access Management)
Technical background in cybersecurity technologies and methodologies, with a focus on application development, cloud security, and building scalable, cloud-native software solutions
Experience with Cloud Solutions such as AWS
Demonstrated experience organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering technical programs using Agile methodology practices
Understand risk management principles and various GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) processes. Ensure compliance with security and control frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, NIST, HITRUST, ISO 27001, or PCI-DSS) in modern, cloud-native organizations
BS in Computer Science or related discipline
CISSP, CISM, PMP, or other relevant certifications
