Legend – The Role:

Legend is hiring a Digital PR Specialist, reporting directly to our Senior Digital PR Manager.

We’ve had great success in North America, and now it’s time to expand into another of our target geos—the UK and Ireland. This role will also include experimentation in other English-speaking markets, like Australia and New Zealand.

We need this role to scale our work into more English-speaking markets so that we can produce campaigns and generate links in this space. It will allow us to stay ahead of our competition and dominate the SERPs in these regions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create 3-4 campaigns per month that are designed to drive organic backlinks to our UK and other English-language assets.
  • Write current and newsworthy content that will be of interest to journalists and the wider media in the UK and beyond.
  • Build lists of contacts and develop relationships with journalists for successful outreach.
  • Report on the outcome of campaigns, considering the number of backlinks achieved and the quality. Use this information to drive the future ideation approach.

About You:

  • Understanding of the UK media landscape
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to create a great story
  • Creativity with the ability to think outside of the box
  • Able to work independently and autonomously
  • A self-starter, is able to show initiative

Join Legend, where interviews are a two-way exploration of fit. Here’s what you can expect from our hiring process:

1st Stage: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)

2nd Stage: Interview with our team, Senior Digital PR Manager and Digital PR Specialist (1 hour video via Zoom)

3rd Stage: Take home task. We’ll give you 5 days to complete the task before sending it back to us. We’ll review and make a decision on how we’ll progress.

4th Stage: Interview with our team, General Manager and Global Head of SEO & Digital PR (1 hour via Zoom)
