The HR Administrator will be an integral member of our small People team, and will support the People Lead in setting our people up to have successful, impactful and enjoyable careers.
The ideal person will have some prior experience in a generalist HR capacity, but this is the perfect opportunity for someone who is in the early stage of their career and wants to roll up their sleeves and develop their skills and abilities.
This is a full-time position, working as a generalist across the entire employee lifecycle.
Location – UK or Indonesia, fully remote.
What you will do:
- Support the People Lead with tasks across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to offboarding, and everything in between
- Support the recruitment process by ensuring timely and successful coordination with candidates and interview teams
- Create and issue HR letters
- Keep the HRIS accurate and up-to-date
- Support with running and reporting on monthly engagement surveys
- Support the People Lead with running performance review cycles in an accurate and timely manner
- Support with data orientated tasks, such as salary benchmarking and people reporting
- Play a key role in ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new joiners, including taking ownership for tasks such as reference checks and organising equipment
- Support the People lead with reviewing and maintaining company policies
- Seek opportunities to continuously drive automation throughout our People processes
What you will bring to the role:
- Some prior experience of working in HR, either as a HR Administrator, HR Assistant or similar
- Experience of using a HRIS – bonus points for HiBob, but this is not essential
Experience of working in an SME would be preferred (<200 people), but is not essential
- Experience of working within a start-up or small, scaling organisation would be preferred, but is not essential
- High attention to detail and strong written communication skills
- High level of EQ and a genuine care for your colleagues
