Growe welcomes those who are excited to:

  • Develop and update detailed manuals, guides, and other training materials for HRM system users;
  • Create visual materials (screenshots, videos, presentations) to explain key system functions and processes;
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to HR processes and the use of HRM systems;
  • Document and describe HR processes to ensure standardization and operational efficiency;
  • Conduct training sessions for new employees on the use of the HRM system;
  • Organize and conduct regular training and workshops for current employees to maintain their knowledge and skills;
  • Provide technical and consultative support to HRM system users;
  • Troubleshoot user issues and ensure the smooth operation of the system;
  • Monitor data quality in the HRM system to ensure accuracy and currency;
  • Conduct regular data audits, identify, and correct errors.

We need your professional experience:

  • Higher education in HR, Business Administration, or other relevant fields;
  • Strong experience with HRM systems (HiBob or similar ones);
  • Experience in working with documentation and training material creation;
  • Experience in delivering presentations;
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
