Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Analyst who has good exposure to SDLC lifecycle.
What You Will Do For C&F:
- Verify that the final product meets the requirement
- Execute both manual and automated test scripts
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand and clarify software requirements
- Analyze test results to predict user behavior, identify bugs and suggest solutions to minimize problems
- Work closely with product development and testing teams to ensure timely delivery of the project
- Keep track of quality metrics
- Perform root cause analysis on bugs reported
- Design and create/review test cases, test scenarios
- Identify critical Scenarios as part of New Features/Enhancements
- Requirements analysis and define test cases
- Execution of Functional/Regression Test case
- Core Knowledge Integration Testing
- Work with Automation team to create automation script & coordinate execution
- API testing expertise using Postman
- Expertise in SDLC Lifecycle
- Agile project execution
- Translate requirements (use cases, process flows, Test case, Scenarios)
What You Will Bring To C&F:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 Year of experience in Testing
- P&C Insurance experience is preferred
- XML and Database Knowledge is preferred
- Expertise in Jira tool
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Attention to detail
