Email Marketing Manager

The Email Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in leading our direct mail and email marketing strategies to elevate our market presence, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. This dynamic position calls for a unique blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a profound understanding of email marketing tools and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive email marketing strategies to nurture leads, retain customers, and increase engagement.
  • Design and execute email campaigns, including email template creation, email copywriting, content writing, segmentation, and scheduling.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of direct mail campaigns, from strategy development to mailing list management, creative development, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email and direct mail campaigns with overall marketing initiatives and business goals.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to automate email workflows and optimize campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in email and direct mail marketing, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with email and direct mail marketing regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Email Marketing Manager or a similar role and proficiency in email marketing software and automation tools (MailChimp, Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
  • Experience in managing direct mail marketing/campaigns and use of direct mail marketing tools (MailChimp, Click2Mail, Sendoso, etc.)
  • Thorough understanding of best practices and strategies in email and direct mail marketing.
  • Experience in building sales funnels and creating landing pages.
  • Skills in general marketing and email copywriting.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • A creative thinker who can develop engaging email campaigns.
  • Familiarity with email compliance regulations.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
