Role Overview:
As a content creator, you will be as passionate about our product’s end-users as you are about the art of copywriting. Your main focus will be on crafting compelling and actionable content that resonates with our audience across various channels, including email, push notifications, in-product messages, social media, and our blog.
The role:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive copywriting guide to ensure a consistency of messages across the board
- Generate high-quality original copy from briefs, refining drafts through thorough review and editing processes.
- You will help shape the tone of voice of the brand to maintain consistency and define our voice
- Craft persuasive and action-driven copy that embodies our tone of voice, always prioritizing customer-centric communication through various channels (email,push, in-product messages, social media, blog etc)
- You will work with the CRM team, social, product, design and wider marketing team to understand customer segments, preferences and behaviours to effectively tailor messages and create personalised copy for all communications
- Contribute to the development of content for the Paysend blog, establishing thought leadership in the industry.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for cross-channel campaigns.
- Contribute to content development for the Paysend blog ensuring thought leadership in the industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into content strategies.
- Actively participate in defining and implementing the overall content strategy.
About you:
- You’ll be able to write customer-centered, creative copy that has a consistent tone of voice – and you’ll have some enviable headlines in your book

Requirement:
- Native English speaker.
- Minimum of 2 years of copywriting experience.
- Proven track record in crafting conversion-driven commercial copy for diverse communication channels
- Versatility in handling various types of content, from comprehensive email lifecycle journeys to concise CTAs and crisis communications.
- Experience in producing ad copy tailored to social media audiences and able to identify the nuances of the various platforms.
- Some experience in developing and conducting copy training, preferably within a regulated industry.
