What daily challenges are waiting for you?
- Crafting Compelling Copy: Creating engaging and persuasive written content across various marketing channels, including websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials. This involves writing product descriptions, advertising copy, taglines, headlines, and other marketing collateral to effectively communicate the value propositions of games and promotions offered by Kinguin.
- Maintaining Brand Voice and Tone: Ensuring consistency in brand messaging by adhering to Kinguin’s brand voice and tone guidelines. Whether the communication requires a casual and conversational tone or a more professional and authoritative voice, the copywriter ensures that the messaging aligns with the overall brand identity.
- SEO Optimization: Collaborating with the SEO team to integrate relevant keywords and phrases strategically within the content to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic to Kinguin’s website and promotional pages.
- Content Ideation and Development: Participating in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for marketing campaigns, promotions, and content initiatives. From concept to execution, the copywriter contributes ideas and develops compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience.
- Collaboration with Creative Teams: Working closely with graphic designers, video editors, and other creative professionals to develop integrated marketing campaigns. Ensuring that the written content aligns harmoniously with visual elements to create cohesive and impactful marketing assets.
- Staying Updated on Industry Trends: Keeping abreast of industry trends, gaming culture, and emerging technologies to inform writing and ensure that Kinguin’s marketing messages remain relevant and resonant with the gaming community.
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Exceptional writing skills with a demonstrated ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy.
- Previous experience in copywriting, particularly in the gaming industry, is highly preferred.
- Understanding of SEO principles and experience with keyword integration for content optimization.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with gaming culture, trends, and terminology.
